Those looking to get WhatsApp on iPad Air or iPad Mini running on iOS 9.3 can get use of WhatsPad for iOS 9.3 and 9.3.1 Cydia tweak.

If you are iPad owner, you would know that WhatsApp, which is famous cross platform messaging application is available for all devices including windows phone, Android and iOS but for iPad it is not available. Though it is available for Android tablets and some other tablets too but to our surprise, iPad and iPod Touch are yet to get WhatsApp officially in their AppStore.

To get rid of this problem, a jailbreak developer has released a Cydia tweak called WhatsPad for iOS 9.3, that allow iPad and iPod Touch owners install WhatsApp on their iDevices which doesn’t support it by default.

Another disappointment is that jailbreak is available up to iOS 9.1 so those who have updated their iPads to iOS 9.3.1 will be worried. Worry not as there are many ways to install Cydia without jailbreak to try out different tweaks and get most wanted features in iOS.

Extensify is tool that allow you try and play different Cydia tweaks including WhatsPad on your iPad. All you need is just to install Extensify and then you will be provided with list of tweaks that are supported by it. Luckily, WhatsPad for iOS 9.3 will be there in the list. Select it in list and proceed with its installation.

Once installed, you will see WhatsPad for iOS 9.3 adding WhatsApp icon on your iPad Air and Mini homescreen from where you can launch it to connect with your family and friends.
